Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Please review the guidelines below, as some items (such as our Cápsula mats) have unique criteria.

When to Contact Us

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your wellness mat or accessory is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Include photos or videos so our team can quickly resolve the issue.

Returning with Care

If you’d like to return your item:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Contact us before sending your return so we can guide you through the process.

  • For non-faulty items, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If packaging is damaged, a handling charge may apply, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges on Cápsula mats. The quickest way to get a different style or color is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Faulty Products & Quality Guarantee

Our mats are crafted for durability and mindful movement, but if a faulty product slips through, contact wellness@svg-living.com as soon as possible. Sharing detailed photos or videos helps us serve you quickly and effectively.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
